Reservation & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and materials.

  • The remaining balance is due before I begin crafting your artwork.

  • All orders are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise noted.

  • Full payment must be received before your piece is created or shipped. This honours the time, care, and resources poured into each keepsake.

Drop-Off, Collection & Shipping

  • Drop-off details (location, date, time) will be provided 1–2 weeks before your reservation.

  • Once complete, you will receive an email with pickup options. Please arrange prompt collection — as studio space is limited, uncollected pieces may incur storage fees or be disposed of after a reasonable time.

  • For shipped orders, I will send a tracking number once your piece is on its way.

  • While every effort is made to package your piece with care, Timeless Creations is not responsible for damage during transit. Local pickup is preferred for fragile items.

Artistic Style & Design

  • My process is intuitive and heart-led. Each piece is a unique creation made with feeling and flow.

  • If there are any specific flowers, colours, or styles you do not want used, please let me know before I begin.

  • By booking with Timeless Creations, you acknowledge and accept my creative freedom and style.

Materials & Flower Behaviour

  • All resin keepsakes are handmade, and natural imperfections may occur — including air bubbles, dust particles, striation lines, or transparency in petals. These are part of the handmade charm.

  • UV-protected resin is used, but resin naturally yellows over time. To preserve your piece, keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

  • Some flowers dry better than others. Red blooms may darken, white ones may show tones of cream or pink.

  • Lilies, orchids, and other delicate flowers may develop translucent areas when cast in resin.

  • If your original order size is too small for your design, I will contact you with options to upsize.

Flower Usage & Leftovers

  • Not all flowers may be used, depending on their condition and your chosen design.

  • Any unused flowers, vases, or containers will not be returned and will be respectfully disposed of.

Timeline & Completion

  • Turnaround time is approximately 4–6 months, depending on demand and complexity.

  • This is an estimate, not a guarantee, but I will keep you informed of your order’s progress.

Refunds & Finality

  • Each piece is a custom, one-of-a-kind creation that cannot be altered once cast.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued once work has begun.

  • You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a refund of your balance (less the non-refundable deposit).

Communication & Care

This work is sacred and deeply meaningful. I ask that all communication remain kind, respectful, and clear — and I promise the same in return. Every keepsake is treated with the reverence it deserves.
