Flower Preservation is a beautiful way to preserve a small part of your special day forever. This is an important step to consider when planning your occasion. Timeless Creations offers custom flower preservation for weddings and other special occasions. We preserve your flowers in resin, in many shapes and sizes to create beautiful keepsakes from your special day.
We are located in Sudbury, Ontario , and mostly serve Sudbury and surrounding areas.
However, our services are available Canada-wide.
My creation process consists of…
Wedding Heirlooms

Collecting flowers from you within 4 days of your event, you can drop them off in person or do overnight shipping.

Next, your flowers undergo a meticulous processing.

Drying flowers in silica gel for 4 weeks.

Once your flowers are dry, we will connect to discuss design preferences.

Creating designs. as I am an intuitive artist I create as I work. If you've seen my work you know I'm creating a beautiful one of a kind piece for you.

Pouring multiple layers of resin.

Demoulding, finishing edges, and hand polishing each piece.

Resin items will need to sit for an additional 2.5 weeks to reach a full cure before sending out.

Then your project is delivered to you, to be enjoyed forever!

The entire process takes approximately 5 - 7 months on average, depending on preservation method and order size. Timeline may vary depending on current order load.

Memorial Keepsakes
How this works:
1. I will go over what you are looking for in details and size. After that it would be nice to know about your loved one. So I can make something beautiful for them and you.
2. If you have a little 3” urn with ashes I will also incorporate it with everything you send me. As long as it all fits nicely.
3. The urn needs to be no bigger than 3”
4. If you do not have an urn and you’d like one, either you can order it from Amazon and send it here or I could order it for you.
5. We will either meet or I will have you send me your special keepsakes and or pictures.
( i.e. Jewellery, ashes, flowers, glasses and more)
6. I would ask for 4 to 6 weeks to work on your special creation. If it is ready sooner you will be notified.
7. I ask for this time so I’m not rushed and can take the time and care for your very special gift.
8. I require a 50% Non Refundable Deposit to start. I will ask for the remaining balance once it is ready to be shipped or picked up.
